When you play woodoku, you have to move and remove wooden blocks from the board. To put it another way, it's kind of like a cross between a match-stuff puzzler and a simpler sudoku. If you want to acquire the top grades, you're going to have to master a lot of minor tricks and techniques.
This is something you should have at the back of your mind at all times. Multiple matches at the same time is better than one match at a time. Organize the board in a manner that gives you the greatest opportunity to make many matches.
