As a third Bloomingdale's customer, I was not shocked to learn how incompetent their service staff really is, bordering https://bloomingdales.pissedconsumer.com/review.html on sheer stupidity. I ordered almost $200 of Godiva chocolates for Valentine's Day, only to find out that Bloomingdale's delivery estimate is that the order won't arrive until Valentine's Day is gone. I canceled the order immediately and was told that my credit card would not be charged. This turned out to be a lie, as the full amount was indeed debited from my card.
