| My friend and I booked a trip to Vermont scheduled for this Saturday. We planned to stay at the Resort/spas in great value vacations both Stowe and Burlington. We were recently told that we would be staying at two main hotels and not staying at resorts. We were hoping to enjoy spa treatments at these spas as my friend is currently experiencing long term Covid. We don't feel like we were given a comparable place. We would like to receive a refund for this booking. We hope to hear from the manager to discuss this. Thank you
