HOW DOES FILDENA 100 MG WORKS?

Fildena 100contains Sildenafil, which increases blood flow in the corpus cavernosum by vasodilation and specifically inhibits the activity of the enzyme Phosphodiesterase 5. (PDE-5).
Nitric oxide relaxes and increases blood flow to the penis by relaxing the blood vessels in and around it.
This is responsible for producing an erection, whereas the enzyme PDE-5 acts as an antagonist to this function, resulting in erection loss.
As a result, sildenafil is ineffective in men who have lost sexual desire or whose erectile dysfunction is caused by a spinal injury or a damaged nerve origin.
