The daily programme has shed nearly a million viewers since it started on Monday.
Wednesday's episode, featuring contestants Tommy Wright and Jade Dyer fumbling under a duvet, scored one of the lowest ratings ever for the Big Brother series.

Channel 4 producers faced renewed criticism last night after 18-year-old Miss Dyer appeared
sobbing and clearly distraught on screen.
Immediately after having sex with Mr Wright, she cried out: "My mum is going to be so ashamed of me.
"Oh my God, I'm going to go outside and cry. This is not happening to me."
She wept as she told executive producer Elaine Hackett - who broke with the programme's format to comfort her personally - how she regretted the incident.
Last night viewers heard her describe it as a "heat of the moment thing".
Speaking in the Big Brother house's 'diary room', she added: "I really wish I hadn't done it now.
"I feel dirty in myself and ashamed of what I've done.
"I do it because I feel that some of them want me."
Both teenagers were given counselling after the incident.
Miss Dyer also received the morning-after pill.
Mr Wright, 18, confided in fellow housemates that he regretted the circumstances of their coupling, adding: "In here, it might have been a bit of a mistake.
"It's embarrassing because it's dirty."
Mike Willis, of the family campaign group UK Life League, condemned the programme as "cynical exploitation".
He said: "Teen Big Brother plumbed new depths by screening a young boy and girl having sexual intercourse.
"We have created sexual hooligans who are totally anti-social in their behaviour.
"We need to train people to be responsible, decent and caring, not induct them into depravity."
Although sex has taken place in other Big Brother houses around the world, Wednesday's episode marked a first for British contestants.
